Hot, Hot, Hot! Sydney’s Wildfire Restaurant & Bar Review

Wildfire-Restaurant-Bar

End of an Era – Closing Cocktail party on the 9th March 2014

Seductive lighting. Unobtrusive ambience. Soft background tunes. Great food and service. What more do you need in a dating venue?

Romance burns bright and hot at Wildfire, as indicated by the plethora of tables for two.

With a magnificent view of the Sydney Opera House, this restaurant sets the standard for the perfect date. The incandescent lighting complements the tasteful décor and comfortable table settings.

Offering modern Australian dishes, the menu’s inspiration comes from cooking styles based on a ‘fire and ice’ theme. The BBQ has Wildfire’s unique spin and is a must-try for meat lovers. Seafood enthusiasts will not be disappointed with the selection of fresh, locally sourced fish and shellfish.

The wine and cocktail lists feature over 28 pages of drinks to choose from, and the staff are more than able and willing to assist you in pairing foods with beverages. We recommend that you start your date with a pre-dinner apéritif in the balcony area, where you’ll find the best view of the Opera House.

One of Wildfire’s key features is its waterfront location; however, there are some drawbacks. When planning your date, be sure to verify that no cruise ships are docked in the harbour outside of the restaurant, as this will greatly hamper your view of the Opera House.
